So sorry for your loss Pat and Denise and Debby and families. John was a wonderful man. Truly a gentleman. My husband, Erik remembers the time that John gave him a ride to camp when his car broke down and he was stranded and thumbing. He never forgot that. John will be missed by many. I cannot imagine your grief. Love and hugs to you.

Words cannot express our sorrow in the loss of your husband,father,grandfather. We are blessed to have known him, a wonderful man indeed. Though you will miss him dearly, have comfort in knowing he is at peace .Though taken too quickly, he was spared unneccessary suffering.He was able to spend his last moments at home, surrounded by his loved ones at his favorite time of year. Cherish your memories and celebrate his life..one that touched many lives in many ways. We will miss our Cheer Grampa and know that at each competition he will be there in spirit ,our "cheer angel" rooting for our X-Plosion Teams !

Denise,
When the boys met in Kindergarten, I found yet another sister. Hockey brought both of our families together and bonded us for life. I love Pat and John, and have learned so much from their example. My heart breaks for all of you. I will miss John so very much.

Pat, Denise, Debbie and families;
I speak for myself and my parents as well when I say that we all have such fond memories of John Bennett from our Pope John days and since then. He was such a kind hearted man who always wore a smile - a pleasure to be around. He will be remembered always. His spirit and good nature will live on in his children and grandchildren forever.
We are all very happy that our paths crossed years ago back at Pope John and we were lucky enough to meet John, Pat and the entire Bennett family and share so many good times with all of you since then. I pray that the wonderful memories you hold in your heart of John will help to comfort you in the days ahead.

We got to know John and his family over the Saugus Youth Hockey years and it was the greatest pleasure to be around John and Pat they are truely wonderful people. John will be missed greatly by all who had the chance to know and be around him. The Hockey arena will never be the same but it will always bring a smile to our face as we think of him being there.
