I worked with Sally at Perkins School for the Blind for several years in Secondary Program, as well as getting my start under her supervision with Community Living Services, an adult living program for Deafblind adults, under Outreach Services. She was a gracious leader, adored and admired by all of our clients and staff to this day! After her retirement, I enjoyed keeping in touch with her and David,, hearing many wonderful stories about family and friends. Rest In Peace, Sally. We will all miss you very much.
Sincere Regards,

Though I had not had the opportunity of knowing Sally, I met her a few times on social occasions and knew of her condition through my colleague of over 35 years, David.
I pray that David has the courage to bear this great loss.

I worked with Sally at Perkins until she retired. When I started working at Perkins she worked one office away from me so she would share with me stories of her family and her beloved Vermont. I will always remember her friendship, sense of humor and her love of her family.
Her dedication to her adult clients at Perkins enriched their lives. She made such a difference.
With my sympathy and prayers,

I met Sally when I joined the Perkins staff in 2001. There were TWO Sallies at Perkins then: Sally Boyd and Sally Stuckey. When I'm contemplating a course of action, I ask myself, "What would Sally do?" Sometimes I need to be bold and honest and speak the truth. It's then that I'm inspired by Sally Stuckey. Sometimes I need to be patient and compassionate and gentle. That's when I'm inspired by Sally Boyd. The world is a less kind and joyful place without you, dear Sally!
