Of South Boston, October 5, 2006. Husband of the late M. Clare (MacGillivray). Beloved son of the late Salvatore and Mary (Palmieri) DeLuca. Loving father of Paula Hay and her husband Howard of Alexandria, VA, Michael and his wife Patricia of Dorchester, Ann MacAdam and her husband Michael of Nova Scotia, Patricia Monahan and her husband Edward of Braintree, Francis and his wife Dorothea of Topsfield, James and his wife Pamela of Middleboro and Joseph and his wife Sharon of Quincy. Beloved brother of Rosemary Zona of Hingham, Mary L. Scapicchio of Melrose and the late Joseph of South Boston and the late Anthony of Melrose. Brother-in-law of Dolores DeLuca of Melrose, Joseph Zona and Anthony Scapicchio. Sal is also survived by 17 grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and his dear friends Peg and Jim O'Brien. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Gregory Church, Dorchester, Tuesday October 10 at 10:00 AM. Relatives and friends invited.
