Mark and Family,
I will always cherish the memories of a dear friend who will be missed by her numerous students she helped, as well as her peers respectful of her great talent. For myself her smile and humor will be my solace, she will remain with me always in thoughts of good times past. Lastly Mark your wonderful shared experiences during her life, will soon become the rock to continue in the future and make her proud. I am sure she will be checking up on you from above. God bless

I learned of this sad news through Valerie Pepi (thank you Val for including me). It has been a very long time since I have seen Sandra as I attended a different high school. Not long ago I had learned of her successful business and was pleased to hear she was doing so well. Sandra was much too young to be taken from those who love her. I cannot even begin to imagine the pain her family must be going through. You have my deepest sympathies.

(For Mark and family): Sandra, I knew you only for a short time as we traveled on similar paths during that time at Mass Gen. It was obvious the first time we spoke I realized what a person of quailty, kindness and gentleness you were and I spoke of you often at home with my Nancy especially because of where we both had been. I feel as if I have known you for ever and can understand the unbearable loss your family and friends must feel. You were always so cheerful, hopefull and upbeat and a leader to all. As Christians we believe we all meet again and right now you are chosen to be where that place is. Thank you for making this world a better place and guide us as we all try and achieve what you already have,
Your friend, Jim, from the PFAC board.

I am so shocked and saddened to hear of Sandra's passing. I had the privilege of working with her on the MGH PFAC and so enjoyed the wisdom, intelligence and humor she brought to our group. She will be missed terribly by us all.

Sandra was one of the finest people I have ever known, with a huge heart, a sunny personality, full of life and love and warmth. I got to know her as a fellow artist and appreciator of the beauty of the world, particularly of decorative art. I was thrilled to see the success of the school, product line and business 'Faux-Like-A-Pro' that she built with Mark (and her brother, and of course Chessie). Sandra was always supportive of me and my life and my art.
Sandra and Mark have struggled heroically with her very difficult illness.
I will miss Sandra so much - she made my world a better, happier, more beautiful place. I will carry memories of her with me throughout my life.
