Carol and family
My heartfelt sorrow goes out to you upon hearing of the loss of your Sean. Throughout our careers we were so mindful that a parent should never have to bury a child. You will be in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. May the memories of the joy he gave you keep you strong....

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Seans family. Sean and I worked together for years when he was at Air Purchase. I enjoyed his company when he would stop by to make sure he was doing everything he could for us. I had not spoken to Sean in over a year and he recently (2 weeks ago) called me to say Hi and ask how I was doing. We spoke of his boys who he loved so much, I to have only boys so we brag a little about each of our little guys. Rest in Peace my friend, I will miss our talks, the laughter and your smile. God Bless.

All my thoughts and prayers to Sean's boys and entire family. We started playing Pop Warner together on the 'C' team (100 lbs or less) his Dad was one of the coaches and I am pretty sure Sean was offensive tackle. Those are cherished memories and its what I thought of first when I heard Sean passed. God Bless.

My deepest condolences to the McCarthy family. I was in Sean's senior class at CCSU. We were in the 1987 freshman class of 30 and only 6 remained after 4 years. I remember Sean as a great guy who was very easygoing and liked to have a laugh and just have fun. He was a good man and I am sure will be missed by all who knew him. God bless you Sean.

My deepest condolences to the McCarthy Family. I also knew and played ball with Sean at CCSU. He had an infectous smile ALL the time, and was just a GREAT man to be around!!! The following is an Irish blessing befitting to how I remember and will remember Sean:
"Death is nothing at all. It does not count. I have only slipped away into the next room. Nothing has happened. Everything remains exactly as it was. I am I, and you are you, and the old life that we lived so fondly together is untouched, unchanged. Whatever we were to each other, that we are still. Call me by the old familiar name. Speak of me in the easy way which you always used. Put no difference into your tone. Wear no forced air of solemnity or sorrow. Laugh as we always laughed at the little jokes that we enjoyed together. Play, smile, think of me, pray for me. Let my name be ever the household word that it always was. Let it be spoken without an effort, without the ghost of a shadow upon it. Life means all that it ever meant. It is the same as it ever was. There is absolute and unbroken continuity. What is this death but a negligible accident? Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight? I am but waiting for you, for an interval, somewhere very near, just round the corner. All is well. Nothing is hurt; nothing is lost. One brief moment and all will be as it was before. How we shall laugh at the trouble of parting when we meet again!"
God Bless

I worked with Sean for the last nine years. Sean was a great friend and true professional. He was the first to take me around and introduce me to our mutual friends and customers when I entered the industry. I will never forget Sean for his big heart and willingness to help me and others.

My deepest sympathies to Sean and his family. I remember Sean fondly from junior and high school in Natick. I always remember him as a stand up guy, well regarded by everyone with a great sense of humour. I was in fact thinking about a funny scene Sean pulled in junior high school not that long ago. I still laugh about it after all these years. I am sure he touched many others in a similiar way and livened the world up during his time here. He will be greatly missed.
