Few people stand out as an inspiration during the passage of your life, but Mr. Chebookian certainly did. I know he touched many people in much the same way. Be it a casual acquaintance or a more formal one, he always made the time to give completely of himself and you always departed his company uplifted.

What a wonderful man and wonderful friend Shant Chebookjian was to me during my AYF years. He always had such a calming influence and worldly perspective. The memories of those times are very special to have and hold. I am very grateful to have crossed paths and shared some of life's journeys with Shant Chebookjian. God rest his soul. Der Voghormia.
