THOMAS WALSH Obituary

WALSH, Thomas R. Jr. "Smokey" Smokey of Belmont, formerly of Cambridge, passed away on May 12, 2025. Beloved husband of Martha (Duffy) Walsh. Loving father of Thomas R. I believe that "Smokey Jr" was the son of MDC Police sergeant, Smokey Walsh who worked out of the Lower Basin Station. He was a good guy. Sorry Smokey Jr.s passing. May he rest in peace.

I was sorry to hear of the death of Tommy. His family are in my prayers. I grew up in his neighborhood. In
our younger years I remember him driving a nice convertible. Again my condolences. Kathy Lafferty

Martha I am so sorry to hear this very sad news. Once we all grew up, I seldom saw my cousin, Tommy. We both attended family occasions while we were kids I always liked Tommy. He was always kind, funny, and told great stories. i can't imagine your pain right now. I'm praying for God to bless you and your children and grandchildren with comfort and strength. You can certainly be proud of a long, beautiful marriage to a very good man.
