Todd, it has been almost ten years since we lost you, and we still think about you all the time. I cherish the memories of all the adventures we had in Boston and Maine, and how welcoming you were to me from the moment we met. We miss you and you will always be in our hearts.

From one Todd Tisdale to another:
When we first met, I was working in a restaurant in Massachusetts and you came in for a quick breakfast. I took your order and we chatted for a bit. At the end of your meal , you realized that my name was Todd, and you said that
you knew that there was a reason why you liked me. Around that same moment, you also realized that you forgot your wallet. You asked me " From one Todd to another, you trust that I'll come back and pay for this?" . I told you not to worry about it. I enjoyed your company and business. We were very slow that day. I think that you were my only table, but I wanted to purchase your meal. You thanked me and told me that you owe me one. You ended up coming back two hours later. Upon running your credit card I realized that your last name was Tisdale ( and that we are the same age). I told you that that was also my name; you laughed. It was the healthiest, most natural laugh that I 've ever heard. Then you said " I love this guy!" You also told me that you tried to open a yahoo account with [email protected], but that you couldn't because someone already had it. WIth a chuckle, I said "that's me!". Your draw dropped. That was great! You said that I had that address long enough, and that I needed to give it up. Anyway, You gave me a fat tip , shook my hand, then took off. I was glad to see you the next time you were in, then I anticipated you visiting at least once a month. You were always polite and friendly. I know that you really were a lovely guy! Hearing about our loss of you struck me harder than I would of expected. I'm now living in Washington, so I found your o -bit online accidentally. I thought, man, that can't be him. But, sadly, it is. Thank you for sharing your kindness and good nature with me and Thank you for brightening up my days! You will truly be missed, but never forgotten.
To everyone reading this: As long as we always remember, death will never win!
Sleep well, Todd Lincoln Tisdale.

I am so saddened to hear of Todd's passing. I went to Wheaton with him. He was a very kind, dear friend. I have not been in contact with him since college days, but I often think of him. My sincere condolences and prayers go to Jasia and Todd's family. May you continue to find peace in knowing he is in good hands.

I was quite shocked and saddened to learn of Todd's passing. While we were colleagues at PBL, I remember that it was Todd who brought so much life into the firm's kitchen when brewing his coffee or enjoying his lunch. His thought-provoking views on a variety of subjects never failed to bring a new perspective for those of us gathered there to consider and consider his perspectives we did. He sharpened up my own views on more than one occasion and for that I am grateful. I will miss Todd's keen intellect and remember him as fondly as a bright star. To his family, friends and loved ones, know that my thoughts and prayers are with you at this very difficult time. May you find comfort and peace in your fond memories of time spent together with him.
My deepest sympathies,
Regina Hohmann

I am so sad to learn of Todd’s passing. Although it has been a while since I last saw him when we worked together – and sat next to each other at Hill & Barlow where he was a paralegal - I have thought often and fondly of him over the years. He was a real bright spot. Deepest condolences to the Tisdale family, friends and colleagues. He was one of the best, and one of a kind. May your many wonderful memories of Todd comfort you at this difficult time. I very much enjoyed seeing these pictures of Todd that capture his essence.

I only learned of Todd's passing this morning. Needless to say, I am shocked and saddened. While I had not seen him in many years, I remember him well. We were on the same high school fencing team and were friends throughout high school. He was a fun, intelligent, and talented person who I will miss. My condolences to his family.

Todd and I were good "doggy" friends and shared many memorable times together with our two goldens. I remember the fun times of encouraging Mishu to take her first swim and the fun that we had hiking in the outdoors up in VT and playing ball on the beaches of Glochester. It was an honor to have known Todd, and I will deeply miss him.

My dearest friends of so many years: Anne, Jonathan, Sarah and Amy, we were devastated to hear the news about Todd this morning. I too have walked and am still walking on this path with the loss of my own son, also named Todd, who died much too early at the age of 36. We have so many shared memories of the kids growing up in our wonderful town of Concord. A long history. It is incomprehensible that Anne and i are now members of a club that we never volunteered to join.
We are here to surround you with love, cry with you, hug you and listen.
May we be at peace, may our hearts remain open, may we awaken to our own true nature, may we be healed.
With much love,
Marilyn, Phil, Lindsey Knight and Scott Hapgood

We at Boston College Law School are shocked and saddened. Todd was a respected and appreciated member of our community from his very first days of law study, and his wry sense of humor made even the dark days of winter much more bearable. To lose one so young is a double mourning. Our sympathy goes out to his family.
