TRACI LEI MACDONALD

1963 - 2022

MacDONALD, Traci Lei Age 58, of Boston, MA, passed away on March 7, 2022 after a long battle with cancer. Traci was born on April 9, 1963 to John A. and Mary MacDonald in Brighton, MA. After Traci graduated from St. Columbkille High School in 1981, she went on to join the Massachusetts National Guard where she was trained in the communications field. After her service with the National Guard, Traci worked as a plumber assistant until she became full-time caregiver to her father. Traci is the biological mother of Tyla Berbig of Barnstable, MA. She was predeceased by her mother and father, Mary and John MacDonald, Sr., her oldest sister Linda Helveston of Casselberry, FL and oldest brother John (Jackie) MacDonald, Jr. of Brighton, MA. She is survived by her brother Steven of Gloucester, MA, sister Robin Hannon of Parma Heights, OH and brother Keith of El Cajon, CA. She was loved by and loved her nieces Lisa Platt of Manchester, NH and Sarah Helveston of Casselberry, FL; nephews Steven MacDonald Jr. of Goffstown, NH, Keith MacDonald of Buckeye, AZ, Ryan and Sean Hannon of Austin, TX. Visiting in the Lehman Reen McNamara Funeral Home, 63 Chestnut Hill Ave., BRIGHTON on Friday, March 18th from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Followed by a Funeral Service at 7:30 pm. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.
