Ulis,
I Love you. I remmeber fishing for days and months with you. I remmeber you dressing my families car up for years and I loved you for it. I remmeber you walking my through the tuffest times of my life. Picking my up from the lost. I was walking the streets as a shell of a man. Day after day you heard my story of pain. knowing you did it, I was sure i could too. No one struggled a road as hard as yours.
Your heart was so big and your love so pure.
I have the best life a man can have and you played a key role in the lifting me up from the dead.
My thought is you suffered so much, so ultimately you could love so much. only those who have suffered, could help in the deep and everlasting way you did.
See you in heaven.

Ulis was like a big brother to me during the late 70's and early 80s. I am deeply thankful to have had him as a friend. I can hear his hearty laugh right now. Farewell my friend.

To the family,
Ulis and I go way back, thirty years. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. He was a kind , compassionate, tongue in cheek man. I am glad I got to see him before he went with the angels, thats where he belongs. I will miss his smile and his sarcastic comments. He was fun!
