OMG how am I just finding out this now! Today, this second...I cannot believe it! I have only read just a handful of condolences & how I felt about Val is on steroids here... a fabulous, gorgeous woman who hands down loves her family more than anything in the world! I am heartbroken for the world and her entire family. You had one of the best and I know you have her tucked away in your hearts forever. I knew her from her work with the schools many years ago. Val Rest in paradise, you are loved.

Val was the most beautiful human being I've ever known. Her heart was bigger than this planet. I have so many memories of Val taking Jonathan and myself anywhere we wanted to go. Val's smile and laugh was the best medicine. I will miss you Val, and I'm sorry I never got to say goodbye, and would do anything just to have one more conversation with you. You were always like a second mom.

Valerie was my first friend at Brookline High School. We were alphabetically next to each other in homeroom. She was really fun loving and had a zest for life. I will always miss you, my dear friend.

Val I always think of you and the friendship that we had it was like no other. I’ve moved since you passed you always told me to get by the water because we loved it So I did and when things get a little rough down here I always think of things that you use to say to me for encouragement And guidance and just be being Val. It was odd a week or so ago your face and your name came up on FB and requested me to be your friend which I always will be until we meet again then will be forever and ever and I was looking back and I actually had some chats with you and I heard your voice and you said,”don’t give up “ it was the thing that I was going through when Michael was sick and to hear your voice and the message lifted me. Now there’s some issues again it just gave me that little push that I needed than and now. You always knew what to say and what to do. I miss you so much my dear friend. Wayne, Jonathan and Margo she was the best wife and mom anyone could’ve asked for and grandma. She loved her babies so so much. I miss you guys I hope to see you this summer. Val once by my side Forever in my heart. I’ll never forget your smile. We were friends for over 30 years I’ll never forget you. RIP until we meet again. Love always Dianne
