Well, this explains why Victoria has so been on my mind. I just told my friend I was going to an expressive art zoom meeting with Victoria and she said you mean Kathleen right and I said oh did I say Victoria I didn´t mean Kathleen but whenever I go to an expressive art event, Victoria is always with me. We miss you, dear lady you are remembered.

I am honored to have known Victoria, worked with her, and learned from her over the past 20+ years as a friend, student, business partner, and fellow expressive artist. I miss her passion, and creative, fun presence. She touched so many lives through her expressive arts practice and teaching. She will remain in my heart and memory with love. I share my deepest condolences with her family and loved ones.

I met Victoria at Expressive Arts Florida Institute where she helped to guide me through the program. She was funny, smart, deeply creative, and always authentic. At the IEATA conference in Berkeley, Victoria and I rode a bus out to a ranch for an expressive arts equine workshop. I will never forget her smiles and laughter while hanging out with her beloved "hosses". I am so grateful for the influence she had on my creative journey, and I will miss her greatly. I send my deep condolences to her husband, George and her family.

My heart is heavy as I read the announcement of Victoria's passing. I am so grateful to have been in her first class of Expressive Arts at Ringling, and she was a guiding light, a compassionate mentor for all of us. I truly relied on her expertise and support in those years as I was introduced to the arts. I am very sad. Her guide bird and poem are so insightful and so reflective of the person I knew.

My deepest sympathy to Victoria´s family and friends and students. I knew her as a student at Ringling when I was pursuing a Certificate in Art & Healing, which preceded the Expressive Arts Institute. She was an amazing teacher and person, and I am saddened to hear of her passing. I will never forget the impact that she had on my life at that time. I will continue to remember her as well as my other teachers as I continue using expressive art with my clients. May she be happy and at peace.

I join with many other voices in stating how sad I feel to learn about Victoria’s passing. As one of my teachers at Expressive Arts Florida, and later a colleague, she was a friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive presence. She was thoughtful and caring, energetic and animated. I remember her as quick to laugh and share a funny story. Victoria was also an amazing visual artist and poet. I admired her ability to express herself, take risks with her art, and share her creative process openly with others. She inspired me to be brave and innovative with my own art. I will miss Victoria’s warmth and wisdom. I will miss her stories and her smile. I will remember her creating. I hope she feels at peace.

I am so very saddened to hear this news.
Victoria, I believe, could never be anything but honest and true--to herself and to others. She was a remarkable woman who inspired so many, including me, to do the same.
A truly lovely creative spirit is no longer here with us, but, yes, her memory will always be a blessing to those who knew and loved her.
To her dear husband and family, may you know peace and feel comfort in the coming days.

Victoria and I have been colleagues, friends, and sister Expressive Artists since I met her when I was a student at Expressive Arts Florida in 2010. For the last two years she participated in an online Open Studio I convened on Tuesday evenings. Victoria was a brave and creative artist and a dear friend. I will miss her deeply. She taught me much.

Victoria's generous, contagious, compassionate spirit will be missed. I met her at the beginning of the Pandemic. She offered a free expressive arts studio on Thursday evenings. That weekly online gathering was key to my well-being in those difficult times, and I looked forward to it and carried the healing energy gathered there into the week. She also encouraged me to pursue a certification in expressive arts at Expressive Arts Florida. She and I had some common experiences, and I hold dear the memories of our conversations, her support, and her stories of her love for horses. May her memory be a blessing for her family and friends who loved her, too.

I knew Victoria thru the Expressive Arts Florida Institute.
She was the most wonderful, sincere and authentic teacher. She led unreservedly by sharing her own deeply personal experiences of life through her sincerely truthful and vulnerable art and sharing. I learned so much from her about taking the risk to be your true self. My most sincere sympathies to her family, friends and community, who have lost a truly beautiful soul!
