VIRGINIA LEONARD Obituary

LEONARD, Virginia M. "Ginger" Of Malden, longtime resident of Charlestown, on September 13, at 80 years. Beloved daughter of the late John F. and Virginia M. (McLaughlin) Leonard. Devoted sister of John Francis Leonard, Jr. and wife, Jane, of Winthrop, Richard J. Leonard and wife, Mary Beth, of Chesterfield, VA, Robert F. Leonard and wife, Carol, of Estero, Florida, Paul G. Leonard and wife, Donna, of Winthrop, Holly Leyden and her husband, Peter, of Malden, James C. Leonard of Winthrop and the late Merry Dorney and Gregory Leonard and his surviving wife, Denise. Best friend of Jan Mastrocola of Malden; and cherished aunt of 19 nieces and nephews. Also lovingly survived by many grandnieces and grandnephews. Family and friends are invited to attend Visiting Hours on Friday, September 19, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., in the Vertuccio Smith & Vazza, Beechwood Home for Funerals, 262 Beach St., REVERE, followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Anthony of Padua Church, 250 Revere St., Revere, at 12:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Lakeside Cemetery, Wakefield.
