Walter was truly an awesome friend. We would have drinks together both in Wolfeboro and Naples, chat about our prize possessions i.e boats and cars. I will always miss him and the usual signature drinks he always made for us. Wonderful memories will remain particularly at the Gypsy Island. Our hearts hurt for the family.

Laura and Family,

Very sad to hear the news of Walter's passing. He was a true gentleman and a mentor to me as I started my business in the 90's. His sincerity and honesty were great attributes. My wife and I remember the congeniality extended to us by both of you having us stay with you at your beautiful home on Crescent Lake. Best of luck to the whole family and our sincere condolences,

Laura
Very sad to read of Walters passing.

I first meet Walter in the 60s when he was working part time at my fathers store at the design center on Boylston street in Boston, while he was going to college.
It happened that my family was also from Lexington so we also had that added connection with Walter and his Mom and Dad.

Walter had very nice way about him and I always enjoyed socializing with him when the opportunity arose.

Please extra deepest sympathy to your family. May he Rest In Peace.
Sincerely Ed Barsamian

So many decades and so many memories......I cherished the times we spent together and will continue to do so for the rest of my life. His departure creates a void that gives emptiness a more profound meaning for so many of us. May his family and friends be blessed with the strength to weather their loss.

On behalf of VS America

Walter has been a part of our VS family since we started in the U.S. He played a major role during the start-up years and was promoted to the position of National Sales Manager in 2010. Instead of retiring, in 2018 he assumed the role of Business Development for VS America.

Walter was a true gentleman, a classic and respected salesman one of a kind. He loved VS and was interested in it even while in the hospital. VS was his family and there are no words to express the loss.

I know Walter touched so many of our lives in so many ways. He was always smiling, laughing, and cooking up some new great idea for us to increase our sales. He was always so vibrant and full of energy.

He was a husband, a father, and grandfather he was very proud of his family and very content with his life. Unfortunately, in the end, there was not enough time.

All of us at VS are proud to know and get to work with Walter. We are missing a friend.
