Catherine, Harrison and baby Davis, know that your father loved you beyond words. He once told me "Who knew that it would be like this? My favourite thing in the world is to play with my children, to watch them and be with them. They are amazing" Love that strong will always be there with you, even if he cannot.

Laurie, Catherine,& Harrison - There are few words that could comfort you during this tragic time, please know that you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.
Bill was a great friend to me and I'll always have fond memories of our time together in Vermont, Newport, Beacon Hill, or our impromptu runs and daddy play dates with the kids. He had a knack for bringing people together and was always fun to be around. We shared many adventures that will always be cherished.

Dear Laurie, Harrison, Catherine and all of Bill's family, I know that there is little words can do to ease your pain right now, and our thoughts and prayers are with you. Bill touched so many lives and brought so many people together. Bill's smile was contagious, you could not help but be happy in his presence. He wanted others to share in his zest for life. I will be eternally grateful to Bill for introducing me to my wife, Marianne. We are all so fortunate to have had our lives touched by Bill. We will miss him and thank him for the wonderful times and memories he created.

Sending my deepest sympathy to the entire Davis family! Billy was always so much fun to be around and when I last saw him at our BHS class reunion it was great to hear about his children and his wife Laurie. He was so happy with where his life had taken him. He was taken from this earth too young. May all the fond memories bring you some peace. My sincerest condolences,

Phyllis & I remember well all the wonderful memories watching Bill grow up. He was such a joy to be around, always smiling, always happy. We watched him play football, he was very aggressive on the field and played much bigger than he was and we assume he was the same in his career and his life. We have been away for 25 years, but every time we have seen him, he was a joy to be around. Our condolences to his immediate family. He will be sorely missed by all that knew him. Rest in peace "Billy". Love Uncle Ken & Auntie Phyllis

I have known Bill for 10+ years and worked with him through a variety of roles. Bill was one of those rare individuals that could be laser-focused at his work and at living life with his beautiful family. Bill's fingerprints and influence will remain well beyond “today”. He will not be forgotten. How could he be with that infectious grin and positive attitude? Our hearts go out to his family. This is a loss at the deepest level. Peace be with you.

I will always remember Bill for his positive, can-do attitude and ready laugh as we traveled our shared Corio/IBM experience. His ability to lead broad teams to a shared goal and yet keep an eye on details (joking that "I'm an accountant at heart") will continue to be an inspiration to his colleagues. My thoughts and greatest sympathies are with his family and friends at this sudden loss.

So sorry to hear of Bill's passing. Although I have many fond memories of Bill from our "Babson Days" perhaps the most vivid is when he taught me how to rollerblade (along the Charles River) and raced up to catch me before I crashed, literally picking me up (while skating full speed) and carrying me safely down the concrete stairs that were directly ahead. A fitting metaphor for his kind heart, good nature, and willingness to be there for a friend...
