I remember so many happy times, but something that always gets me is when your military family found out you passed away, how they all gathered together. I remember how they went over what they needed to do at the funeral and explained to me what would happen and when to expect the 21 gun salute so I could be prepared. I remember being brought to the PX store to buy the ribbons and metals that he earned, so they would be put on his dress greens. I was so incredibly grateful to have that help. And of course, just like his Nana said while we were in the car heading to the cemetary, he always did love attention and what a send off.
What a beautiful man, a beautiful heart and a beautiful soul that will always be part of my soul. You certainly taught me how to love and how it felt to be loved back.
I will always be grateful for that...it has brought me to where I am now.
I´ll always miss you and have nothing but love for you.

Memory; You told me to dress up nice on out 1st year time going to a Restaurant together And you took me to Polcari's on Route 1 Saugus, bc we bonded over "being Italian" and they spoke all Italian there in the restaurant, We both had to order in Italian and we were legit cracking up bc neither of us knew any real Italian....It was hilarious, We laughed about that for years. God knows That I miss you so very much!!! It should never have been you babes,....You would be over the moon over Bronson, Ashleigh's baby boy, Your "Grandson" he would have Totally loved you. I know you watch over us all and keep us safe, It's just NEVER going to be the same without you my love... Woww the pictures that auntie Paula shared are so Amazingly Beautiful, and so so nice to see that face again other than the pictures I have of you. I just wanted to say that you are Never Ever Forgotten and Always remain in my heart!!! I have very very strong memories of you and the more that time goes by the more I remember them bc The heartache has faded some and I can think clearly again!!! Like the time we drove to the family day to be with your Army family, and I got extremely carsick all the way there and back hahaha, Or When Kalyn slept over with us, And we had to go all the way back to the school so I could do Ashleigh's hair bc she went to school from her Nana's that Monday *_* she said "I can tell you did Kalyn's hair hahaha them two, the bopsie twins, they will always love each other so much like sisters yet when they were little they gave us a run for our money haha...I remember you Dancing with my Mom on her 50th birthday and you two dancing up a storm like Noone else existed in the building, to all different disco songs it was so funny bc you were jamming out there!!! I remember you Piggie back riding me to the house and your Mom was out the window watching, I felt so small yet she laughed and said we were two peas in a pod, Kathy always was So good to me, she was Amazing!!! The good ole' days man. I wish you were here, but until we meet again Rest Easy Jaym, and thank you for all the dimes "Jamie told me if he ever were to Leave this earth before me that he would be dropping dimes bc he's not like everyone else and so I would know it's him!!! He sure had a way of making Everyone feel good, And he was such a Bright, Kind, Handsome, Hilarious young man....As you know, I shared some pictures of you and Today would have been a significant day in our lives "Halloween Night" so Just know (And I believe you do) that I will keep your memory alive forever*** Love Always Lu

The very first time we slow danced. We knew it right then. I still remember how my heart felt then. It´s amazing how some memories over time fade a bit and how certain ones just stay.
That first dance and how we felt, I hope that one stays forever.
It was pure and true and so, so happy.

I was thinking of that time we were looking out the window laughing sooo hard we could almost peee and you with your gadgets that you loved so much!!! Then the time you piggy backed me all the way home from the field, as your Mom was looking out the window like She was the best!!! Or how when We would watch family guy or American Dad and just laugh so hard, your laugh made everything so much funnier, then you would get Wayno and Brian going can't forget Liar Liar, we literally laughed for like 2 days at that movie!!! ...You were such a Fun person, that's why we clicked bc I am a goofball too ....You will NEVER EVER be Forgotten, I know you hear me talking to you daily!!! A memory...
When we set up The scrubbing bubbles automatic shower cleaner. I shut the curtain and turned it on. It was making noise but nothing was happening, so I pulled back the curtain a little to check it...just in time for it to start spraying right in my face!...how incredibly hard we laughed!
...And spiced pumpkin candles...
October 30 is still such a hurtful day for me. I love the life I have and the family I have. Sometimes I just wish I could show you. You'd be so proud.
