I worked with Bill at Scott Jewelry when Dick ran the store. That was about 30 years ago. Yikes. When I think of Billy, I remember a guy with a big heart. He could strike up a genuine conversation with anyone and was such a kind person. He always made us laugh. My condolences to the entire family.
