Mr. Quinn,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your years of dedicated service and sacrifice-first for our Country when you served in the U.S. Army Air Forces during WW II and secondly for the citizens of Weymouth when you served with the WFD. And to your family and loved ones, i wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

Plum Island has not been the same since the Quinn's left. I know my Dad misses him a lot. Uncle Bill was always there with a warm smile and a friendly hug. I miss that terribly. His presence will be missed but memories with him will live on....
My deepest sympathies to the family.

To my Auntie Jean, and my cousins Jerry, Linda, Cheryl and their families and to the Quinn Family,
Please accept my heartfelt sympathy and sorrow upon learning of Bill's passing.
He was a special man and will be dearly missed by all of those who knew him.
I know how happy he made my Auntie and how nice it was for me, and my family, to see how much Bill meant to her.
I am sorry that I didn't get out to see him in a few years, but I will remember him always.
The world is a much better place to have had him in it for 88 years.
My God Bless you all at this difficult time.
I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers, as I always have.
Rest in Peace Bill, Rest in Peace.
Love,
Jud (aka Juddy) Miller
and family

Bill was my God Father and I will miss him dearly. My sympathy goes out to the whole family. He is the reason I became a carpenter . I enjoyed working with him many years ago on the Plum Island home when I was about 13.I will miss his humorous wit. I loved him dearly.

Sincere sympathy to all family members and friends at this time of great loss. Bill always had a smile on his face, what sense of humor, like no other. He will be missed and remembered as a wonderful father, husband, grandfather and friend. I hope memories of Bill will comfort those closest to him. God bless you.

Bill was a true gentleman. A great father to his kids and a great husband. He kept his sense of humor right up to the very end. We all should be so brave.
