Helen & family,
As you all know, Bill was a wonderful man. He has been a great asset to my family's business for the past forty years. He was one of the few people who made the Mt vernon Restaurant what it is today with all of his hard work and dedication to his job. I worked with him in the kitchen for many years and to this day have never met anyone as experinced as him. He never wasted a thing. I will miss his smile and company. We have had many great laughs and conversations over the years while picking him up early in the morning to drive him to work from your old house. It never bothered me even as a 16 year old waking up @ 5:00 a.m to drive him to Somerville, as we always had great funny conversations. Bill was always so proud of his tomato garden as well as all the soups, sauces and specials he created over the years! his Potted beef & onions were my favorite dish!
We will miss Bill and always remember him. May he rest in peace.
Helen,as you know, if you ever need anything, the Henry family will always be there for you!
With Deepest sympathy,
Brett Henry
