Barbara Logan Obituary

LOGAN Mrs. Barbara M. (Lynch) Logan, 66, of Bryantville, formerly of S. Boston, died Friday, August 21, 2009, at South Shore Hospital in Weymouth surrounded by her family and friends. She was raised and educated in S. Boston. Past President of Local 262, United Electrical Radio & Machine Workers Union 1980-1987. Mrs. Logan loved the beach and spending time with her grandchildren. She was the loving wife of the late Walter “Sonny” Logan. Devoted mother of Michael W. Logan and his wife Andrea of Pembroke, Timothy E. Logan and his wife Diane of Halifax, and the late Christopher Logan. Mother-in-law of Margaret Logan of Halifax. Sister of the Joseph Lynch of Boston, and the late Edward Lynch. Also survived by grandchildren Michael J., Kelly E. and Nicholas W. Logan of Pembroke, and Moriah L. and Emily P. Logan of Halifax. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Funeral Mass on Wednesday, August 26, at 10:00 A.M. in St. Joseph the Worker Church, 1 Maquan St., Rte. 14, in Hanson. Interment in Fern Hill Cemetery, Hanson. Visiting hours in the Sullivan Funeral Home, 2 Maquan St., at the corner of Rte. 14 & 58, in HANSON, on Tuesday from 4:00-8:00 P.M.
