My year teaching Emily 7th grade Social Studies was very special. I became a better teacher, a better parent, and a better person working with her. Emily's spirit in the face of the many challenges she faced lifted my heart every day. My sincere condolences go out to all of you. May the best memories of Emily be with you all always.
