O’Neil of CA, Lisa M. Courtney & Jennifer A. Howe of North Attleboro, Christine A. O’Neil of SC and Kelsey T. O’Neil of Franklin. Brother of Robert of NY, Daniel of Boston, Brian of CA, Michael of Chicago, Kathy O’Neil of CA, and the late Raymond O’Neil & Marianne Gummere. Also surviving are 8 grandchildren, & 2 great- grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service Sunday, April 17th at 1:30PM in the Charles F. Oteri & Son Franklin Funeral Home, 33 Cottage St., FRANKLIN. Interment will be held privately. Calling hours are Sat. from 1-5PM at the Funeral Home.
