CAROL DENIL Obituary

CAROL ANN DENIL Carol Ann (Beauchamp) Denil, age 77, Boulder City, NV, formerly of Green Bay, WI, daughter of Francis C. Beauchamp and Veronica (McCraw) Beauchamp, has unexpectedly passed due to complications of COPD and Heart Failure. She has joined her deeply missed and departed husband, John R. Denil, in time to be with him in Heaven for his 80th Birthday and what would have been their 50th anniversary of marriage. Carol was the oldest of four children, born in Racine, but lived in Florence, WI, where she grew up with her two sisters, and her brother. She was a loving, caring and extremely smart. She worked side by side with her Father, bringing money into the family home. She was also known to be adventurous, mischievous and daring. This is what gave her the courage at the age of eighteen to pack her suitcase and get on a train to pursue her career of Nursing for over twenty years, without telling her parents. While nursing, she met her Husband, John Denil, and they had two children together, Rochelle and Shane Denil. She raised her children along with her Godson, Christopher Doyle. After leaving the medical field, she worked with Weight Watchers in the executive branch office of Green Bay as an executive secretary, but she was most proud of her work as a "Group Leader," helping other people lead healthier lives. She continued with Weight Watchers until her retirement. In her retirement, she enjoyed photography, Photoshop, and various other electronic forms of escape, and continued to do so after her Husband's retirement when they both moved to Boulder City Nevada. They used their freedom to travel the U.S., see many sites and visit their family spread across the nation. She deeply enjoyed writing the "Gingerwood Newsletter" for her retirement community, organizing events, and being the grapevine of the Gingerwood Community. Carol had an amazingly large capacity for love. She shared this love with the world by taking in many other young people when they needed that in their life. She taught her Children the meaning of love by showing her that it is important to help other when you can. It was not uncommon for her children to find their friends visiting Carol even when they weren't even there. Many times, these same Children would move in with the family and Carol's family would grow. There are many people who still call her "Mom" because she was so important in their lives. Many of these children have grown to have their own families and Carol then became another "Grandma" to them. All of her Grandchildren, blood related or not, were of utmost importance to her. You could always turn to Carol, "Mom," "Ma," "Grandma," Grams," and you would know that she would be there to listen and give you a shoulder to cry on. Even when she could no longer help people in person, Carol was committed to give throughout her life through various charities. It didn't matter who you were, where you were in your life or your beliefs, she still loved unconditionally. Carol was preceded in death by her husband, John Denil, her parents, sisters-in-law Sharon and Cathy Denil, Mary (Denil) Anderson, Brother-In Law Norbert Denil, and many favorite Aunts and Uncles. Carol was survived by her Children: Rochelle Denil-Laverdiere - (Green Bay, WI) Shane (Lori) Denil (Reseda, CA), and Chris Doyle (Ocean Shores, WA). Grandchildren: Gabe Laverdiere (Green Bay, WI), Scott Ranker with fiancé Brittney Wagner (Colby, WI) with a Great Granddaughter on the way, and Dave Laverdiere II (Green Bay, WI), Traci (Laverdiere) Tinsley (Surprise, Arizona) Great Granddaughters ,Taylor and Chloe, Phnique (Laverdiere) Galindo(Surprise, Arizona) great grandsons Dallas and Liam. Siblings: Tammy (Clifford) Lemanski (Niagara, WI), Francy (Patrick) Mullen (Menominee, MI), Emanual Beauchamp (Morrison, Co) Brother and sisterIn-Laws D. Donne Anderson,(Madison, WI), David (Donna) Denil (Luxemburg, WI), and Peter Denil (Port Charlotte, FL), Her beloved nieces and nephews, who she adored hearing about their lives. Her best friend, here in Nevada, Lindy Rose. Who made her life, so much more enjoyable, and took such good care of her. THANK YOU, for everything you did for her and continue to do for us. A memorial service was held on, Sunday March 15th, 2020 at the Ginger-wood Community Center, Boulder City, NV. Following her wishes, a second summertime memorial will be held in Green Bay Wisconsin in 2020.
