Brenda Ann Steiner

Brenda Ann Steiner, 66 of Parrish, died on September 8, 2006 after a long illness. She was born in New Jersey where she spent most of her life until moving to Brookfield, Connecticut in 1982.She was a graduate of Orange Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in Orange, New Jersey and attended Georgian Court College in Lakewood, New Jersey. She retired to Manatee County in 1994. Brenda was a member of the River Wilderness Country CLub where she was a past officer of the River Wilderness Ladies Nine Hole Golf Association, a past member of the Social Commitee, Art Association, Book Club and the Lunch Bunch. She was also a past member of the Manatee County Art Association. She is survived by her husband, James of Parrish; daughter, Kristine Harrison of Behtel, Connecticut, her son, James, Jr. of Sarasota; cousins and many special friends. A Celebration of her Life (memorial gathering) will be held on Wednesday, September 13 at 11 o'clock am at Mansion Memorial Funeral Home 1400 36th Ave East Ellenton.
