Dear Malisa and Haily.I can only give you my love, prayers and support during this time and always. This is a very hard time for all of us, but we will always have lots of loving and fun memories of daddy Carlo. I will miss him greatly for all his fun and joking and loving ways that he showed his family. Even though some of jokes gave me heart failure. He will be in my thoughts and heart forever.

Our hearts and thoughts are with you and yours through this difficult time. Carlo and I spent many an hour making each other laugh while at the Fire House. We had are own unique sense of humor which made it so fun to be around him. Carlo was a great guy which will never be forgotten. The Gaskill family.

My experience with Carlo was limited but it was obvious that he was a friendly, polite and gentle man. He is definitely missed by the members of the West Manatee Fire District. We pray that your memories will bring you comfort.

I first want to say thank you to everyone for your love and support. This was very unexpected for me and my daughter. Carlo was a wonderful father and husband. I've learned many things since this has happened and I hope it will make me a stronger person and mother to Haily. We miss him dearly and will keep his memories alive. Thanks again to all my firends and family, all of Carlo's friends and family, West Manatee Fire department, Kirkwood church and Covell funeral home. With Gratitude, Malisa and Haily Valente!

We are so sorry to have lost Carlo not only as a Firefighter but as a "friend of the family" of brotherhood. You will be sorely missed. Gone but never forgotten. Our hearts and prayers go out to the family.

I was so shocked to hear of Carlo's passing. He was a child when I lived around the corner from Lynn and Carlo. He was a sweet boy and I am sure a wonderful son, husband and father. God bless your family at this time. The Huggins family. Myakka City.

Just last week my family was doing some grocery shopping when we ran into Carlo. He and my husband gossiped up and down the aisles about what else???? BASEBALL. I will miss the telephone calls to the house from Carlo. He was my husband's partner in crime with their passion for sports.....primarily Fantasy Football and more recently...baseball. Carlo, you will remain in our memories and hearts forever. Malisa and Haily and the entire Valente family, you are in our thoughts and prayers. All our love Ben, Laurie, Molly and Brody Dillon

Our family is sadden by the loss of Carlo. He has helped my Uncle Richard almost daily over the last several months in caring for him, and was like a member of our family. He will be dearly missed. Our deepest sympathy goes to his loved ones. He was a wonderful person.
