Charles Uber Obituary

Charles C. Uber, 90, of Bradenton, died May 25, 2007. Born July 19, 1916, in Chicora, Pa., he moved to Bradenton in 1976 from there. He then moved to Franklin, N.C., in 1992, and returned to Bradenton in 2000. He was a member of Emmanuel United Methodist Church. He graduated in 1939 from Grove City College in Grove City, Pa. He was formerly owner and operator of Uber's Outfitters of the Family Store in Chicora, Pa. Survivors include his wife of 65 years, Lois Marie; and nephew, Edward Uber, of Chicora, Pa. Memorial service is Monday, June 4th, at Freedom Village Auditorium in Bradenton. Arrangements by Brown and Sons Funeral Homes, 43rd Street Chapel, in Bradenton.
