Dustin Lane Obituary
Dustin P. Lane, 34, of Bradenton, FL, passed away Tuesday, September 5th, 2017 with his family by his side. He was born on September 28th, 1982 in Albany, NY.
Dustin moved to Bradenton in 2014, where he began attending SCF, graduating in May with a degree in nursing. He recently took a position in the Progressive Care unit at Blake Hospital in Bradenton as an RN. He had worked previously at Blake in the Outpatient Unit.
Dustin had a passion for family, friends, his career, and helping people. He especially loved the beaches and the ocean.
He is survived by his brother, Colin Lane, his father, Jerry Lane, his mother, Mary McLoughlin, his stepdad, Virgil Alonso, his grandmother, Barbara McLoughlin, and many cousins, aunts and uncles.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to The Brain Aneurysm Foundation, 269 Hanover St, Bld. 3, Hanover, MA, 02339.

Dustin you where like a brother to me . You always had my back when the world wouldn't I remember the hours we spent making cd's or talking sports or just hanging out You are a great friend a great person. You always made sure your family and friends where ok . I will be missed but in all our thoughts on a daily basis. I love you kid.

We felt very blessed to have met Dustin on several occasions. His admiration for his mother and family was evident at our first meeting. Our hearts are filled with sorrow at such a tragic loss. He was a devoted son, brother, nephew and friend. We are sure many will be grieving for a life time that such a wonderful person was taken too soon. Forever in our hearts.
