Madeline Walsh Obituary

Madeline H. Walsh was taken by angels to her heavenly home (John 14:2&3) on Christmas Eve, December 24, 2007. Born July 8, 1913 in Fairplains Township, Michigan, she had lived in Florida since 1947, and was a retired telephone operator. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Estero, FL. She was predeceased by her son, Edwin Serena 'Renie' Lobdell (1955), her husband Freeman Perry (1964) and husband, Elmer Walsh (1981). She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Caroline Poling Steward (Earl); granddaughter, Lohri Williams (Tim); grandson, Edward Steward (Christine); great grandchildren, Benjamin, Matthew, Olivia, Josiah and Emma Williams, and Victoria and Eddie Steward. ''You were a precious mother-in-law and our special ''Granny Walsh'' and we'll love you for always.'' Memorial visitation will be 2:30- 4:00PM Saturday, December 29, at Shannon Funeral Home, Town Chapel, 1015 14th St. W. Burial will be at Manasota Memorial Park in Oneco. We want to thank the nurses and caregivers at Sarasota Beneva Lakes Retirement Home. You all are the best.
