Parrish, Florida - Marie Yvonne Davis, 71, of Parrish, Florida, went home to be with the Lord on July 5th, 2021. Born on July 19th, 1949 in Pierce, Florida, she was preceded in death by her loving parents, the late-James Lee Davis and Mary Stancil Davis, two brothers; James Davis Jr., and Harold Andrews as well as her oldest son, Tyrone Graham.
Marie is survived by her son, Alvin (Gail) Davis, daughter, Aketa Bush, grandchildren; Joshua Davis, Jeran Davis, Alexis Davis & Darius Lowery, and great-grandchildren; Jaiden Davis & Aria Davis, devoted daughter-in-law, Jennifer Gaffney Davis, Her favorite aunt, Minnie Robinson and a host of other aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and wonderful friends.
Marie graduated from Lincoln High school in Palmetto, Florida in 1967. Then after More than 30 years of service, she retired from Tropicana Products.
She took extreme pride in spending time with her grandchildren and would do anything for them. She had a smile and infectious laughter that would light up a room when she entered. All who knew her loved her and she was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. She was a God fearing woman who was a member of both New Bethel Missionary Baptist of Parrish, Florida as well as Bayside Community Church of Bradenton, Florida.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service to be scheduled at a later date.

My deepest sympathies to the family on the loss of Marie. Just remembering the fun times we had at Lakeland Business School and the after school outings we shared. Also, remembering her warm smile and her laughter. She'll be deeply missed.
