Jefferson, Georgia - Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Michael Trevor Perkins, age 31, of Jefferson, Georgia who entered rest on Tuesday, May 31, 2022. Mr. Perkins was born in Bradenton, Florida the son of Steven W. Oosterink of Bradenton, Florida and Linda Gail Perkins McCulligh of Bradenton, Florida. Michael was preceded in death by his grandfather, James Edward Perkins I and an aunt, Ellen Marie Perkins.
Mr. Perkins worked as a heavy equipment operator, loved riding motorcycles, but most of all loved being with his wife, children, and family.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Vestal Perkins of Palmetto, FL; Three daughters, Emaline Elizabeth Perkins, Ezabelle Rose Perkins and Eviana Ezmae Perkins; Son, Elijah Maximus Perkins; Mother and stepfather, Linda Perkins McCulligh and Gordon McCulligh of Bradenton, FL; Father, Steven W. Oosterink of Bradenton, FL; Three sisters, Lisa Marie Perkins, Lindsey Ellen McCulligh and Lea-Lynn Perkins Apple all of Bradenton, FL; Two brothers, James Edward Perkins II and William Capone McCulligh both of Bradenton, FL; Grandmother, Diane Lynn Perkins of Jefferson, GA; Close family friend, Shane Apple of Bradenton, FL; Several nieces, nephews, other relatives and very close friends.
There will be a celebration of his life for family and friends on a date to be announced.
