We wish we could all be there right now and are lifting each of you up in prayer... what a great guy with a loving heart,a kind smile, and a good sense of humor. I remember talking to him one time in Bloomington , and he was telling me how much he adored his sons. It is a blessing to be loved like that! GOD BLESS! Love the McCully family

I'm blessed to have known and worked with Phil for so many years. Qualities that come to my mind when I think of him include humble, kind, sincere, loving, passionate, caring and warm-hearted. I will forever cherish our God-orchestrated recent time together. Even though I will miss my dear friend, the imprint he left on my life will continue to be revealed in beautiful ways.
