Mary, and family,
I just received word of Roy's passing and words cannot begin to express my thoughts. Debbie and I recall the evenings you and Roy stopped by Moore's Stone Crab Resturant. It was Roy who inspired me to pursue a career in law enforcement. I will never forget the memories. Roy was truly a friend and mentor. God Bless and may God's peace be abundant during this time.

Again, we have lost a retired Deputy Sheriff, patriot and most of all a friend. Our condolences go out to the family and friends of such a good man.
Roy, you have served your time protecting the citizens of this county, now you can rest in peace. You will be remembered for the rest of our lives.
