Hey, "Big Brother." I have told you countless times in the past how I always appreciated how you looked out for me when times were tough. As a kid, the world can be a scary place, and if I ever needed advice, a safe place to hang out, or just some big laughs, you were always one of my go-to people. As I grew up, you always showed an interest in how I bettered myself, and were quick to tell me I was on the right path. I will miss our great conversations, but I am comforted in the fact that I can chat with you whenever I need a great friend with a sympathetic ear, but I promise not to talk it off :)

Sheldon I got the pleasure of meeting you in middle school. You drove me crazy. You was always an amazing friend. You stood by my side in high school when I was pregnant when others turned away. You would tell me every morning stop hiding the basketball. You was always so kind hearted and always had someone laughing even when they didn't want to. You have left a mark on everyone's heart that met you. We all have our own special memories of you and we all love you in our own special way. You are dearly missed albritton. R.I.P Sheldon. Lidia, I am so sorry for your loss and for your children. I remember when I taught little Sheldon in prek at Palm View-when I first met you. Sometimes Shelon would pick him up from school and he was always so happy to see his son. God bless all of you.

Sheldon growing up your were always the brother i never had. We bumped heads alot because we were just alike in a lot of ways stubborn and bullheaded you tried many of times when i was younger to point me in the right direction and i thank you for that its going to be tuff not being able to call you this mullet season to see how things are going around the bridge and bumping into you on the water like we always seemed to do or at the fish house. just know this my brother i will miss you dearly till a couple forevers love always until we meet again on the golden sea Kenny. Sorry to hear of Sheldons passing...He was a good neighbor out in Frog Creek and besides that nobody could fillet my mullets like Sheldon. ( still can't)Not wearing shoes must've been fashion cause whether they were full grown or kids nobody wore shoes in that house ... Yep my son became one of the barefoot bunch. Sheldon,we were just not neighborhood friends,nor just school mates,we were family.We made many fond memories togethet as we were growing up.There are so many to name.I remember us enjoying a Valentine Dinner i won from Pizza Hut.You and i went and picked it up,and took it back to Lisa Ward's now Lisa Alligoods house.We all enjoyed that tasty pizza and soda.You are and were loved by me.Im sure gonna miss you old buddy.You are gone,but you will never ever be forgotten.R.I.P. my friend.Your legend will live on in many hearts.Just watch over us.

My first memories of Sheldon are from way back in elementary school and the many times all us kids would get together and play baseball at Palm View Church. Thinking back, I don't think he liked wearing shoes back then either :) Many thoughts and prayers go out to all of Sheldon's family and friends. May he RIP

Sheldon was one of a kind, I don't remember to many times growing up seeing him wear a pair of shoes, him being away from the water or not having a conversation that envoled the talk of fish. I will forever remember and love you cousin!
