Stephen Michael Oliver

Stephen Michael Oliver, 58, of Palmetto, Florida died Thursday, January 26, 2012 at South Georgia Medical Center after a short illness. He was born on March 19, 1953 in Augusta a son of Sarah (Sadie) DeLoach Oliver and the late Fitzhugh H. Oliver.Mr. Oliver was a very gifted carpenter, talented gardener, sports enthusiast. He loved spending time with his family and loved his cats.Survivors include his mother, Sadie Oliver of Echols County, two sons and daughters in law, Jason and Melissa Oliver of Plant City, Fla., David and Jessica Oliver of Littleton, Colo., four grandchildren, Lillian Oliver, Amber Oliver of Plant City, Fla., Reese Oliver, Rylan Oliver both of Littleton, Colo., sister and brother in law, Marjorie and Jerry Trammell of Vacaville, Calif., his companion of thirty years, Teresia Bradford of Palmetto, Fla.Memorial services will be held at 4:00p.m., Saturday, January 28, 2012 in the chapel of Carson McLane Funeral Home with the Rev.
