William Mackley

Bradenton, Florida - William "Bill" Mackley, 80, passed away on Sunday July 10, 2022 in Bradenton, FL.
Bill was born June 17, 1942 in Cleveland, Ohio to Joseph and Alice Mackley.
He attended MCC and served two years in Vietnam while serving in the military.
In December of 1963 he married Cristina Franklin. Together they had two children; Billy Mackley and Leslie Whitten; two grandchildren; Kevin and Stephanie Whitten.
Bill is preceded in death by his parents; and wife, Cristina.
He also leaves behind his brother and sister-in-law, Kenny and Kathy Mackle;. niece, Jennifer Welch; and nephew, Scott Mackley.
He retired from Publix Super Markets and moved to Sapphire, NC. He and Cristina spent their retired years traveling the country, which was their passion. They also enjoyed spending time with their retired friends and family.
Bill will be missed by his children the most.

My deepest sympathies to Bill's children and family at this loss. I worked with Bill and enjoyed his dry wit and strong work ethic .
I also came to know his wife, Christina and of course, son Billy.
May happy memories and the many special times provide some comfort.
I truly love the picture you chose here. Shows his wonderful smile.
