I can say my heart is truly broken. Chris was such an amazing man. I wish I would have known him when he was younger. I worked with Chris at the market basket in smethport. So many memories just keep flooding my mind right now. One of my favorite things about him is that my friend Amy and would pick on him, or tell him how handsome he was and just fun flirt with him and he would get so embarrassed, his face would turn red and that big smile would come across his face. He was truly special. I am sitting here smilimg from ear to ear right now just thinking about it. It was a blessing to have met him and getting to spend some of the best years of my life with him being a part of it. I know exactly where he is right now as he was never ashamed to share his faith. Now he is an angel. I hope that it brings some comfort to your friends and your family to know that he was so loved by so many. Thank you for sharing him with the world. We will be praying for all of your family as you grieve for Chris. Until we meet again my friend, I will carry with me the image of that smile that would melt the coldest of hearts and brought me so much comfort and wisdom any time I needed a friend. The world has lost a true gentleman with the purest of hearts, but God has gained a true and faithful servant. Love you Chris.

My memories of Chris are all happy ones. He was a long-time friend from High School and beyond. He always was cracking me up and offering a positive twist to the most unpleasant circumstances. We also had some heart-to-hearts as life marched on and he was a genuine soul. I´m grateful that I was able to be with him quite recently but very sad that I won´t be able to see him again. My heart is broken over this loss. I´m so grateful to have known him and I was a better person because of him in my life.
