When I first met Dr. Fred I was a little afraid of his gruffness. That all disappeared when I worked for him and saw the great compassion he had for his patients. He stayed up all night caring for a dog. I loved making fun of him wearing cowboy boots and shorts. My donkey never did care for him and gave him and Butch a hard time every time. ( They did not like her either.)I have many good memories of him. He was a great Dr. and will be missed.

So sorry to the family for your loss. Fred came and took care of our horses when I was 12 years old. From that moment I wanted to be a vet and after 21 years in practice I thank Fred. Sheila Fitzpatrick dvm

I will never forget the kindness you showed for me and my dog Oreo who had been through a terrible ordeal with a botched nuetering by another vet. It will remain in my heart forever.
