Madeline Holtz Obituary

Madeline C. Holtz, 76, a loving mother and grandmother, of 609 W. Washington St., Bradford, passed away Thursday (Oct. 26, 2023) at Olean (N.Y.) General Hospital.
Born Nov. 25, 1946, in Erie, she was a daughter of the late Leo T. and Dorothy (Skokowski) Sebunia.
She graduated from Academy High School in 1965 and later attended Erie Business School.
Madeline worked at General Electric in Erie, and later for the U.S. Forestry Service in Marshburg.
She enjoyed reading, crocheting, listening to music (especially the Beach Boys) and her dog, Chewy.
Surviving are one daughter, Christine D. Holtz of Bradford; one son, Donald (Ashley) Holtz of Allegany, N.Y.; two grandchildren, Michael Holtz and Alexis Holtz; and one brother, Michael Sebunia.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald A. Holtz
A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
Funeral arrangements are under direction of Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc.
Memorial contributions, if desired, may be made to the SPCA.
