Paul Pierotti Obituary
Born May 3, 1944, in Kane, he was the son of the late Frank and Linnea (Paulson) Pierotti. He married Geraldine "Pudge" Nystrom, who survives.
Paul had been employed as a driver for UPS from 1972 until his retirement in 2002. Prior to that he had worked construction. He was a member of Tabor Evangelical Lutheran Church, a former member of the Kane Elks, an Eagle Scout and he had played trumpet in the Kane Cadets when he was younger. He was an avid NASCAR and dirt track racing fan.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by one daughter, Tammy (Ed) Vanerstrom of Monroe, N.C.; two sons, Craig Pierotti of Kane and Doug (Annette) Pierotti of Waxhaw, N.C.; a sister, Mary Louise (Michael) Ott of Grand Rapids, Mich.; five granddaughters, Tara, Lauren, Laurel, Abbey and Maddie; and three grandsons, Kaleb, Kyle and Kieran; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends 11 a.m. to noon Monday (Dec. 30, 2024) at Tabor Lutheran Church, where a memorial service will follow with the Rev. David Pflieger officiating. A luncheon will be provided after the service at Tabor Lutheran church.
Memorial donations may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
Cummings Funeral Home Inc. is in charge of services.

I am so sorry to hear of Paul´s passing. I remember always seeing Paul in his UPS truck and at the Kane Elks club with a big smile. God bless his family with comfort during this time.
