Roberta Myers

Roberta Ann Myers, 70, of Bradford passed away Sunday (April 21, 2024) at Bradford Manor, after a brief illness.
Born April 27,1953, in Bradford, she was the beloved first child of the late Robert Myers and Dolores (Rose) Myers.
Miss Myers, as she was known by her students at St. Bernard School where she taught for more than 40 years, was a dedicated educator, committed to bringing out the best in each of her students. She felt blessed, in some cases, to have taught multiple generations of St. Bernard's families.
Roberta was an avid reader, who loved watching movies, especially science fiction, and spending time with her devoted circle of friends and family. She will be missed by many.
Surviving are her two brothers, Mark (Diane Nannen) Myers of Bradford and Tim (Julie) Myers of Lewis Run; her sister, Lisa (Chris) Bastian of Glenmoore; four nieces, Staysha Spiller of Greece, N.Y., Ashley Myers of Rochester, N.Y., Jessica Myers of Olean, N.Y., and Sarah Bastian of Glenmoore; and one nephew, Benjamin Bastian, also of Glenmoore.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Debra Lee Spiller.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Funeral arrangements are under direction of Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc.
