Alicia Kelly Obituary
Alicia was born in Quincy, MA on June 14, 1942 to George and Delphine (Wrye) Boyd. She was an Ada Comstock Scholar and graduate of Smith College, worked as a companion with Senior Solutions, and as a children's librarian.
She was a member of the Bellows Falls Women's Club, the Saxtons River Nature Club, and supporter of Main Street Arts. Art and creativity were her passion. In lieu of flowers, donations to Friends of the Rockingham Library would be appreciated. Donations can be made online at rockinghamlibrary.org/fol.html
Alicia is survived by her son Timothy Kelly of South Hadley, MA; her daughters Joanne Kelly & Tom Fuschetto of Marlow, NH, Christine Kelly Terena of Bellows Falls, Michelle Kelly & Wesley North of Savannah, GA, and Mary Kelly & Greg Kaiser of Menlo Park, CA; her brothers Roger Boyd & Jean Marie of Norton, MA, Philip Boyd of FL, and Joseph Boyd & Anne of Woodstock, VT; her grandchildren Apoema and Amyra Terena, Emoke North and Meroe Kaiser. She is predeceased by her parents.
SERVICES: There will be calling hours 12:00pm - 2:00pm Saturday, June 17th at Fenton & Hennessey Funeral Home in Bellows Falls, VT.

So sad to learn today that Alicia has passed on. I expected her to visit my Arizona art residence at least one more time. I went to Smith with Alicia and we were in theatre and art classes together. When we first met she was a tough cookie, but as I watched her grow as a creative, I saw the outer toughness as a shield for her tender heart.
She was talented beyond her own acknowledgement, and I loved to see her artwork. We laughed pretty hard as dressers for theatre productions.
Alicia, wherever you are...send me some art inspiration, will you?
And to her family. She will be fondly remembered.
