Mr. Streeter was the best teacher I ever had, as well as my favorite. I believe a great many other Kurn Hattin students feel the same way. I will always honor his memory.

To the Streeter Family; I knew your father as both a teacher and a friend. When I was at Kurn Hattin the 60'/70's he always showed patience and kindness towards me. I was one of the lucky ones who got to go the House on Streeter Road and also to help him on various carpentry projects. The old barn on Rte. 5 is still a fond memory and I always look at that and think of him. In later years, he and I served together on the KH Board of Trustees. He will always have my unswerving admiration and respect. God's peace be on him and all of you. Your Dad would always sign his letters to me "As Always," and I shall do the same here. I was a Resident in Kurn Hattin Homes as was my sister (in the 70's). Mr. Streeter was the one that I learned the most from. He even took me and a few others to his home for a brief visit. It was a real treat. AND I remember to wash my hands after using the bathroom ALWAYS because of him. Although we all pass - this sincerely makes me sad this world lost a wonderful beautiful kind sincere Man. Nancy (Batchelder) Band
