Theresa Prusak Obituary

Theresa H. Prusak, gracefully passed away into the arms of our Heavenly Father on September 27, 2021.

She is preceded in death by her beloved son, Matthew James Prusak, husband and forever love Allan E. Prusak, her parents; Harriet Bobbie Hogan, and John Hogan. Edward Hogan her dear brother and beloved sister Patricia P. Hogan.

Theresa is survived by her daughter Margaret Boyda Prusak, who loved and cared for her dearly and was with at her side through her journey to paradise. "T" is further survived by her cherished sisters Mary Cheney and Janis Symons: grandchildren, Alexandria Kjell, Harrison Kjell, Hannah Prusak, Madelyn Prusak, Theodore Boyda, Joseph "Matt" Boyda, Colin Michael Boyda, Temple Day Anderson; great grandchildren; Willow Prusak, Rome Prusak and Keitan Kjell. All of whom knew her by "Nanny".

She is a 1958 graduate of St. Michaels High School, Brattleboro, went into to become an x-ray technician at the Albany School of Medicine and then onto be a nuclear medicine technician.

She will be remembered as a gifted seamstress, an endearing, fun, lifelong friend to so many.

There will be a service of celebration of her life held at the home of Margaret Prusak.

Terry was my teacher at Cheshire Hospital. I will never forget her laughter and I honor her as a teacher who taught me the theories of nuclear medicine in a way that made sense to me.
