Ive just read that Judge Eginton passed away last October 7, the day before my fathers birthday. I mention this because he and my dad were best of friends for decades and it was always a pleasure to spend time with the judge when he visited. They are together again speaking of the law and laughing hysterically.
Hes a wonderful man from the Greatest Generation. R.I.P. Judge (and Dad).
With deepest sympathy,
Jamie Conkling
