Johnathan Jahn

Jonathan Christopher Jahn, 25, of Kensington, died unexpectedly on Sunday, Feb.

19, 2023.

Born in Hartford, he was the son of Patricia (Malec) Jahn of Kensington and the late Larry Jahn. Jonathan was a lifelong Kensington resident and a graduate of Berlin High School in 2016 and Porter and Chester Institute, Rocky Hill in 2017. He was employed at National Sign Corporation and was a member of St. Paul Church.

During his youth and in high school, Jonathan was a competitive participant in swimming, cross country, track, and football winning many awards in each sport. He was an avid sports fan and especially loved the New England Patriots. He enjoyed working with his hands doing home improvement projects and working on cars with his friends. Most of all, Jonathan cherished spending time with his family and friends and helping others in need.

Surviving are his mother, Patricia (Malec) Jahn; his aunts and uncles, Raymond and Marsha Malec of Newington, Karl and Stacey Jahn of Andover; his cousins,

Rachel Malec, Matthew, Sienna, and Lu Jahn; and his loving canine companion,

Maya.

A Mass of Christian Burial

at 10 AM at St. Paul Church. Please meet directly at church. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery.
