Lorraine Murawski Obituary

In loving memory of Lorraine Murawski, who passed away at her home on Aug. 20, 2022.
Lorraine was the devoted wife of Robert and loving mother of Doug and Debbie. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Lorraine is survived by Robert Murawski, her loving husband of 60 years, her son Douglas Murawski, daughter and son-in-law Debbie and Tim McGinn, her granddaughter Kristen McGinn, brother-in-law and sister-in-law Neil Murawski and Cyndy Murawski and nephews Brain Murawski and Daren Murawski.
Lorraine was a kind, caring and giving person who always put the needs of her family before her own. To know Lorraine was to understand true generosity.
She was a person of deep compassion and acted on the needs of everyone whose path she'd crossed.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Thomas Church, 1 E. Main St, Thomaston, CT on Monday, Aug. 29, 2022, at 10 a.m.
A private burial ceremony will be held immediately following the service. Scott Funeral Home, 169 Main St., Terryville, is assisting with arrangements. www.scottfuneralhomeinc.com
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, (ASPCA), in Lorraine's memory.
