I'm so grateful I had the chance to know Mr. Homer through his daughter and my good old friend, Denicia. I will always remember him as a charming man, sharing stories, proudly praising his children and their accomplishments or making everyone laugh with his hilarious (and often true) tales. No matter what, the room always felt brighter when he was in it. I send my deepest condolences to Denicia, Ricky, and the entire Arreola family. Mr. Homer will surely be missed and most importantly, never forgotten.
