Many of us have lost a wonderful friend; others lost a husband, father, brother, and son. Robert always had a smile and contagious laugh. For years we would cross paths in various careers and I always enjoyed his company. My prayers are for his family as I pray God brings comfort at this loss but also hope knowing we will meet again.

As I pray tonight for my friend Robert, I also pray for his family. Though I met him many years ago, it seems like just yesterday that we were at the academy together. His smile, laugh and friendship will be with me forever. As our lord takes him by the hand, he will continue with his thoughtful ways for other, in heaven as he did here on earth! Vaya con dios, mi amigo...... Your friend, Bernie Olson....
