Randy French Obituary
Randy was born in Jersey City, N.J. He was a retired U.S. Army Veteran having served in the Gulf War. He lived in Richmond Hill for the last 24 years and worked as an assistant warehouse manager for Prime Source Inc. Randy loved classic and antique cars and especially Harley motorcycles. He played a guitar and liked country music. He attended Savannah Christian Church.
Randy was preceded in death by his mother, Gloria Genevieve French in 2007.
Survivors include his wife, Roberta Persons French of Richmond Hill; children, Cory French, Amy French Evans (Clinton) and Darcy French, all of Richmond Hill; grandchildren, Madison and Brady Evans of Richmond Hill; father, Lyle French of Diamond Point, N.Y.; siblings, Elaine Duve' of Gansevoort, N.Y., Joseph French (Leona) of Diamond Point, N.Y., Gloria Jean French (Tom) of Bolton Landing, N.Y., James French (Ellen) of North Creek, N.Y., Debra Ryder (Wayne) of Lake George, N.Y., Diane Scarpelli (John) of Deltona, Fla., Bernard French (Lisa) of Bolton Landing, N.Y., Cheryl Demeo (Rick) of Bolton Landing, N.Y.; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation in Richmond Hill is from 6-8 p.m., Thursday, April 19 at Richmond Hill Funeral Home.
Visitation in New York is Tuesday, April 24 from 6-8 p.m., at Regan and Denny Funeral Service, Queensbury, N.Y.
Funeral services will follow at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 25 at the Church of St. Sacrament Episcopal, Bolton Landing, N.Y.
A burial will follow at 1 p.m. at Saratoga National Cemetery with full military honors.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be sent to the Nancy N. and J. C. Lewis Cancer and Research Pavilion, 225 Candler Drive, Suite 204, Attn: Foundation, Savannah, GA 31405.

I am sorry to hear of Mr. French. My husband served with Randy during Desert Shield/Storm. He was very liked and respected by his fellow soldiers. My heart goes out to Roberta, his family and his friends. May you all find peace during this difficult time.

Uncle Randy you were a wonderful man and so important to our family. Miles may have separated us all but we always kept love of family in our hearts.
