Janet Urfer Obituary
Janet Urfer, age 78, died on Sept. 13, 2025. Janet was born April 2, 1947, in Indianapolis, Indiana, to Ralph and Ester Thompson. Surviving are her husband, Bill; daughter, Mary (Jeff) Harrington; grandchildren, Lauren and Carter; and brother, Dale Thompson.
Visitation will be held Saturday, Sept. 27, at 10 a.m. at Westwood United Methodist Church, with a funeral service starting at 11 a.m. Lunch will follow in the church hall. A separate service will also be held at 3 p.m. that afternoon at StoryPoint of Kalamazoo in the auditorium.

Bill, I am so sorry to hear about Janet. I remember when the two of you got together many many years ago. I didn't know her well, but she seemed like a kind lady. I remember her ringing bells. Thoughts and prayers with you.
